Shipping policy

At Elegant Pieces Japan, each puzzle is made to order and shipped directly from our trusted production partner in the United States. We currently ship to the following countries:

  • United States
  • Canada
  • European Union countries
  • United Kingdom
  • Australia
  • Other select international destinations (please check availability at checkout)

    Production Time

    Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
    This is the time required to produce your made-to-order puzzle before shipment.

    Shipping Time

    Shipping time is in addition to the production time and may vary by destination:

    • United States: 3–6 business days
    • Canada / Europe / UK / Australia: 10–20 business days
    • Other international destinations: 10–30 business days

    Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, local postal service delays, or unforeseen disruptions.

    All shipping charges are displayed before completing your order.

    Tracking

    All orders include tracking. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

    Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

    For international orders (outside the U.S.), customs duties, VAT, or import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the customer’s responsibility.

    We are not responsible for any delays or costs resulting from customs processing.

    Additional Notes

    • We do not currently offer expedited or express shipping.

    • Shipping to P.O. boxes may not be available in all regions.
